  • Q. How long will it take to receive the first issue of my subscription?
    A.

    Our publications are printed about five weeks in advance. This is the reason subscriber copies are despatched before they go on sale in the shops, therefore it can take a few weeks for your subscription to begin.

    If you have chosen a start date on the website, you will receive your subscription from that future stated start date.

    If you wish to start your subscription before the start dates offered on the website, you can call our Customer Service team on freephone 0800 318 846 (UK) or +44 (0)1382 575580 (Overseas).

    Our Contact Centre is open from 8am to 6pm, Mon- Fri and 9am - 5pm, Saturday (UK times).

  • Q. How long does it take for my free gift to arrive?
    A.

    Your free gift can take up to 28 days to arrive. If you are using Direct Debit as your subscription payment method, the free gift will be held until 2 weeks after we receive your first Direct Debit payment.

    Unfortunately it is not possible to send the subscription free gifts to any other address. All free gifts will be despatched to the recipient stated in the order.

  • Q. I would like to order a back issue of a magazine/paper – how do I do this?
    A.

    You can purchase a back issue by either calling our credit/debit card line on 0800 318 846 UK only ( +44 1382 575 580 Overseas).

    Alternatively you can post payment to us at DC Thomson Shop, PO Box 766, Haywards Heath, RH16 7GF.

    Please include your full name, address and name and date of the publication you would like to purchase.

    A.

    Yes, you can order to an overseas address - please ensure you select the overseas price rate on our website accordingly and enter the Shipping Address at the checkout.

  • Q. I have not heard about my Beano Personalised Poster - how do I claim this or tell you what name I would like featured on it?
    A.

    An email will be sent to you with a unique code and instructions on how to claim your free poster, this will be sent to you either by ‘Gone Digging’ or ’Signature Gifts’. If you cannot find this email, please also check your spam/junk folder.

  • Q. How do I renew an existing subscription online?
    A.

    Just click on the "Manage My Subscription" button on the homepage (top right corner) and enter your Subscription Account Number and Surname or Postcode to log-in.

    Once logged-in, just click on "Renew" in the menu bar and follow the instructions.
