Subscriptions When you order a print subscription online, you will receive an initial email confirmation of your order. Subscriptions will start with the next available issue, please allow four to six weeks for delivery. If you are ordering outside of our opening hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm and Saturday, 9am-5pm GMT), you can continue to buy your subscription and contact us by email after you receive your order acknowledgement or by phone on the next working day to update your order. Please allow up to two business days for a response to email requests. If you have ordered a subscription that includes a welcome gift this will be sent to the recipient of each gift subscription or to the bill payer for self-recipient orders. For all This England and Evergreen subscription orders, welcome gifts will be sent directly to the bill payer only. Please allow 28-days after your payment has been received for the gift to arrive. If you paid by Direct Debit, the gift will be dispatched two weeks after we receive your first Direct Debit payment. |
