Oor Wullie Mince and Tatties print
Oor Wullie eats mince and tatties. You wouldn’t hear it called that anywhere else but Scotland.
This panel is taken from The Sunday Post which has been carrying strips featuring The Broons family – and his sister strip Oor Wullie – since 1936. The strip was drawn by the legendary draftsman Dudley D. Watkins, who continued to draw the characters until his death in 1969.
