The People's Friend Tartan Notebook
This exclusive hardback notebook has been produced especially for The People’s Friend and features a tartan cloth cover using the official tartan of the “Friend”, woven in Scotland by Kinloch Anderson. The notebook contains a removable booklet about the history of clan tartans and a bookmark that gives information on the “The People’s Friend”.
The perfect size for your handbag this notebook will become invaluable and is ideal for taking notes on recipes, quotes, letters, poems, tables of weights and measures, proverbs – in fact anything that you find interesting or inspirational.
This notebook is made with cloth woven in mills in the Scotland. Notebook pages and paper components are made with acid-free paper from sustainable forests. Boards used in the binding process are made of 100% recycled paper. Features an elastic closure, ribbon market, eight perforated end leaves and expandable inner note holder.

Products are usually dispatched within 3-days of receiving an order. You may find if you have purchased multiple items, these come in separate packages as they may be coming direct from our carefully selected suppliers.
When you order a print subscription online, you will receive an initial email confirmation of your order. A further email will be sent within 5-business days of your order confirming your unique subscriber number and details about your subscription. Subscriptions will start with the next available issue, please allow four to six weeks for delivery.

If you are ordering outside of our opening hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm and Saturday, 9am-5pm GMT), you can continue to buy your subscription and contact us by email after you receive your order acknowledgement or by phone on the next working day to update your order. Please allow up to two business days for a response to email requests.
If you have ordered a subscription that includes a welcome gift this will be sent to the recipient of each gift subscription or to the bill payer for self-recipient orders. For all This England and Evergreen subscription orders, welcome gifts will be sent directly to the bill payer only. Please allow 28-days after your payment has been received for the gift to arrive. If you paid by Direct Debit, the gift will be dispatched two weeks after we receive your first Direct Debit payment.
