How long will it take to receive the first issue of my subscription?
During the checkout journey, customers can choose from a selection of issue dates they would like their magazine subscription to start, adding a little flexibility to the subscription process.
The date of the first issue you’ll receive is shown on the product page at the time of ordering and sent in an email within a few days of the order.

How do I access my customer number?
The Manage My Subscription section of the DC Thomson Shop website is the easiest way to stay in control of your account.
- If you have an active subscription within the last 6 months you can access Manage My Subscription using your Customer Number.
- You will also be asked for your Surname or Postcode. Here’s how to get started: Just click on the “Manage My Subscription” button on the homepage (top right corner).
- Type your Subscriber Account Number• Type your own surname or postcode, not the recipient’s.
If you want to, you may select ‘Remember me?’ from a private device for faster log-in next time. - Click ‘Log in’ to access your account.
